Type: International Towers – Commercial Skyscrapers; regarded as the biggest commercial & residential fit-out in the Southern Hemisphere
Client: Fire Domain/Premiere Fire
Tower 1; 48 levels – project spanned over a 2 year period
Stage 1 - Roughing-in of sprinkler systems (Roughly 250 – 300 heads per level)
Installation of sprinkler & hydrant risers
Installation of flow switches/ test solenoids
Stage 2 - Securing and fitting off sprinklers to set ceilings (various ceiling types – feature, perforated, timber, timber panelled, tiled and more.
Installation of hydrants/hose reels throughout building
Test and commission on completed works
Certification provided upon completion
